Delete your Rally Tripmeter account

Rally Tripmeter is published by AppHero OÜ. You can delete your Rally Tripmeter account and the data stored with it in either of the ways below.

In the app

1. Open the menu.
2. Under Account, tap your signed-in account.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

The account and its cloud data are deleted right away.

Without the app

Email siim@apphero.ee with the subject “Delete my Rally Tripmeter account”, from the email address of the Google or Apple account you signed in with. We delete the account and its data within 30 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted

• Your sign-in account
• Stage history and its recorded telemetry
• Saved and shared routes, with their GPS tracks
• Backed-up recce recordings, with their pacenotes and names
• Your last live-tracking position

What is kept

• Data stored only on your phone stays there until you delete it or remove the app.
• Purchase and subscription records are kept by Google Play, the App Store and our payment processor, RevenueCat, as billing and tax rules require. Deleting the account does not cancel a subscription; cancel it in Google Play or the App Store.
• Crash reports and usage statistics are not linked to your account. Firebase deletes them automatically: crash reports after 90 days, usage statistics after at most 14 months.
